Day 18: Thank You Reeve!

Its day eighteen and I am growing weiry. I think the Yeoman poisoned me. I am tired and worn out. Someone please come and save me. It feels like I have not had food for days and water for weeks. Bugs are crawling all over me. The word sleep has turned into sleepy and bad has turned into worse. Today I was very exhausted and felt close to death. All these feelings ran through my veins, until I met the Reeve. He helped me get back on my feet. He first tried to give me a job helping the serfs supervise the lord's land, but I was so worn out that I looked him in the eyes and proudly stated that I am a squire boy. I told him about the numerous hardships I have been through on this journey and he understood. I was very thankful for the Reeve's kindness in allowing me to get out of work for awhile. If the Reeve had not been there when he was, I might have been bear food.

Advice for the day: Just keep swimming, just keep swimming.
